Information LifeRise collects

LifeRise collects account email and name, assessment results, lesson progress and daily-action check-ins, faith preference, Coach conversations, and plan and billing status.

LifeRise Coach

LifeRise Coach messages are processed by an AI provider to generate replies. Coach conversations are private to the user who created them and are not used for advertising.

If a message triggers a crisis screen, LifeRise never stores the message that triggered it. LifeRise records only an anonymous count of crisis screens, without message text or account identity.

Payments

When paid plans are available, payments are processed by Stripe, and LifeRise never stores full card numbers.

Your choices and requests

LifeRise does not sell personal information.

You can delete Coach history in Account Settings. To request account deletion, email liferise-ai@polsia.app.

LifeRise is for adults 18 and older.
